At a call mooting of t`e Bonrd of Commi�ciorers held in the
Commiscioners' Chamber in the City Hell Buildingin the City of Pafteah, Kentucky
at 11. ovclock A.M., on the 21st day of January, 1930, Linyor Lnckey presided
and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Co",issioners Bradshnw, ilannin, Nelson, Ruttor and 'Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mnyor Lnckey stnted reason for call, to-•rrit: For the purpose
of peeving resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign contract with Burns
& McDonnell Fnginecring Company, end such other business as may come before
the Board.
