It Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, Lo=;it: For the purpose of allowing payrolls for first one-half of January, 1930, and such other businors ns may corse before the Board. Commissioner Rutter o fered motion that the payrolls for the first Payrolls -first half of Jsnuary, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $9720.08, and the Co-iiscian r J^n.1930 , of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; CoTmiFsioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Mayor L^ckey o"fered mW ion that the claim of Ray Strittmatter, Merkle Cont.Co., manager of the Service Tire Company, ngsinst Merkle Contracting Company for Bervice Tire Co. Mayor Lackey offered motion tl,nt the claim of the Pnducnl- Brick & Cnroy-Rend Co., Paducah Brick Tile Company against Carey -Reed Comnany for amount of '961.50 be received and & Tile Co., claim filed. Adopted on ca71 of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Sradshnw, Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Linyor Lnckey, (5).
