Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of nllo^,ing semi-monthly payrolls for last one-half of Decomber, 1929, and such other business as mey come before the Board. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last half Payrolls - last Ded of December, 1929 be allowed in the amount bS $13468.02 and the Commissioner of, , 1929 Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Co•-^issioner Rutter offezed motion that the cash orders in the Amount of Cash Or- ders :121.47 be Allowed, an,' the CoTMmissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on the General Fund; some to be ch,rged to the prover departments. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Brads}'aw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Ru'ter offered motion that the CommisFioner of Public Finance 3rd Disct Sewer be authorized to pay the interest coupons for 6 months on the 3rd District Sewer Bonds int =ends due January 10, 1930: Outstanding v 60,000.00 Interest rate 5% Annual interest 30,000.00 Semi-annual interest 15,000.00 Bank collection charge 37.50 Total Amount of interes a 15,037.50 P-y•-cle through the City National Bank, Paducah, for remittance to the N.S.ifortgage & Trust Company, New York, N.Y. bn or before ffanunry 10, 1930.
