J.M.Rouse Contracting Company and the National Surety Company for an extension of %10 -":ash. St.,16th ninety days within which to complete sidewalk, curb and gutter Contract No.10, to 17th being the sidewalk, curb and gutter on Washington Street between 16th Street aryl 17th Street, be received and filed. Contract #3 Roads Compnny Contract No.3 be accepted, and tho Com,+issioner of nihllc Finance accepted be authorized to make rinn1 settlement upon sale of the Improvement Ponds. to be issued thereon on the ten year raymcnt pinn, an-' that the Mayor and Co-misrionfr of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, executed and sold such Improvement Bon's to the amount of $24,656.79 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes govfrning snme. Southern Ads Co., Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report on the Southern Contract #4 accepted Roads Company Contract No.4 be accepted and the Commissioner of Public Finnnco be authorized to make final settlement upon sale of the Improvement Bonds to be issued thereon on the ten year payment plan, and that the Mnyor and Commissionor of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, executed and fold such Improvement Bonds to the amount of $10,528.90 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes governing same.
