Proceedings of BOhRD OF COMMI0FI017F1311' City of Paducak_, nreF_lnasR 93,_192.9_ At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the ?3rd dny of Cecember, 1929, Mnyor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll. the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mnyor Lackey, (5). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% due Brady V. Stewart, back tax collector, for special improvement tax bill collections Brady Stewart for the month of November, 1929 amounting to $122.99 be allowed mid that the commission Commissionor of Public Finance be authorized to pay some and chnrge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rennin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: VWREAS, the 6 months Rote due Peoples note executed by the city of Paducah on June 26, 1929 to the Peoples National National Bank on Katterjohn and Bank for amount of $310.12 to make settlement with George W. 8atterjohn & Son Yancy judgment and Yancy Brothers, for street claims against certain property owners for ahich judgment was rendered against the city, will become due on December 26, 1929, I move that the Mayor end Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to renew some and pay the amount of $9.30 interest then due.
