At a call meeting of the board of Co=miasionexs held in the
Commisrioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock r.M., on the 17th day of December, 1929, in the
absence of Mayor Lnekey, Commissioner Nelson presided as Mayor aro tem and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their nnmes: Commissioners
t Bradsha•-, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (4).
EMayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allon:dng claim of N.E.Stone & Company, and such other business as may come
f. before the board.
E Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the claim of N.F.Stone
r N.E.Stono Company
claim & Comprny for amount of (:70.30, having been duly nnnrovod for alloe:nnce and
payment, I move that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay
sane and charge to the street fund in the department of Public 'Jorks. Adopted
on call of the roll;:Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Rutter and Mayor
pro tem Nelson, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
