Commissioners' Chamber in the City 11,•11 Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 18th day of November, 1929, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following ansvicred to their names:

lot in Oak Grove
affidavit stating that they are the only children and heirs at lava or tlr3

of Lot No.50 in Block "C" in Oak Grove 0emetery in Paducah, Kentucky, and that
the husband of the said Mrs M.,T.Flowers is also dead and said affiants request
that as the sole heirs of the said Mrs M.J.Flowors that the register of ov.ner0
of lots in said cemetery be so corrected as to show that they are the o^mers
of said lot, I nor move that said affidavit be received and filed and thot
the register of owners of lots in said cemetery be so corrected as to show
that the said Ernest Lackey and Pies 0. Flowers are the owners by inheritance

with the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes governing same.

of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, e7ecuted and sold such Improvement
Bonds to the amount of $945.14 in accordance --Yith the provisions of Section 3101
of the Kentucky Statutes roverning same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
