Ata reFulor meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the I I Commissioners' Chamber in the City 11,•11 Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 18th day of November, 1929, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following ansvicred to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Itayor Lackey, (5). Flowers having tendered to the Board of Commissioners their lot in Oak Grove affidavit stating that they are the only children and heirs at lava or tlr3 7%J.Flo`vers, who heretofore died intestate and the owner of the North half � of Lot No.50 in Block "C" in Oak Grove 0emetery in Paducah, Kentucky, and that the husband of the said Mrs M.,T.Flowers is also dead and said affiants request that as the sole heirs of the said Mrs M.J.Flowors that the register of ov.ner0 of lots in said cemetery be so corrected as to show that they are the o^mers of said lot, I nor move that said affidavit be received and filed and thot the register of owners of lots in said cemetery be so corrected as to show that the said Ernest Lackey and Pies 0. Flowers are the owners by inheritance Pram the said Mrs M.J.Flowers of the north half of Lot No.50, Block "C" in Oak Grove Cemetery. Adopted on call of the roll. And that the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, executed and sold such Improvement Bonds to the mount of $4033.50 in accordance with the provisions of erection 3101 of the Kentucky Ststutes governing same.
