Proceedings of BOARD OF COIRTISSIONERS City of Paducah MARCH 28th 1928
At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission -
era' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at Eleven
O'Clook A.M., Sarah 28th, 1928, 1?ayor Lackey prooidad and upon the call of the roll,
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nalson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey. (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reasons for call to -crit: To pass a resolution not-
