At a call meeting of the Board of Co^misslonera hf,ld in the
�.� Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 1;00 o'clock P.T.T., on the 5th day of November, 1929, Mayor
Lackey presided ans upon ca'1 of the roll the following answered to
their names; Commission�,ra Bradsbaw, Nelson, Rutter and idnyor Lackey,
S (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -nit. For the purpose
of adopting motion authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract between the City
of Paducah and McKee Brothers for renting of old city light plant, and
such other business as may come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered the follaaing motion; I move that the Mayor

with McKee brothers- be and he is hereby authorized, empowered and instructed to sign a certain
old light plant.
• lease and contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and McKee Brothers
for the renting of a part of the old city light plant in accordance with
the terms of a written lease this day presented to the City of Paducah and
agreed to and hereby ratified by the Board of Commissioners; said signature
of the Mayor for and on behalf of the City of Paducah to be the binding act and
deed of said City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lnckey, (4).
