At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held -in the
Commissionors' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.N., on the 1st day of November, 1929, Mayor
Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their
names: Co".issioncrs Bradshow, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
M^yor Lackey stated reason for call, to=wit: Dor the purpose
of granting extension of time on J.M.P.ouse Contract No.B, and such other
business as may come before the Board. .
Ylheeler Avenue Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the request of J.14.11ouse

of time grunted extension of time until November 20, 1929, within vAiich to complete sidewalk,

curb and gutter Contrat No.B be received and filed and that said extension
be granted. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradohnw,
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion mooting adjourned.
