At a cell meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chaebor in tta City Rall BullPing in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock
A.M., on the 30th day of October, 19291 Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the
roll the foll,-W answered to their names: Commiazioners Rannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey, (4). - '
Mayor lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of opening
bids on Contract No 11 for gravel street, etc on Jones Street, from 26th Street to
27th Street, and rush other business as may cone before the Board.
Co.:missioncr Nelson offered the following motion: I move that the following
Jones St., bids for the construction of gravel street, and concrete curb, gu'ter and driveways
