At a call. meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock
p.m., on the 22nd day of October, 1929, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the
roll the following answered to t air names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of adopting
a resolution
Parker St. extending Parker Street, and such other business as may come before the Beard.

extending Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: E.I..Beyer having
Paxton- executed construction bond for the construction of gravel street, and concrete
Bloom to
Alexand,r driveways, curb and gutter on Paxton Street from the west property lino of Bloom
Beyer Cont.
u9 filed Avenue to the west property line of Alexander Avenue, and having executed Contract
No.9 covering said work, which bond has been approved by the Mayor and signed by
E.L.Beyer as principal and the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York as surety,
and the Contract approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract
and bond be received and filed and teat the certified bid check of E.L.Beyer be
delivered to him by the Commissioner of Public Finance. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Commissionor Bradshaw offered motion to adopt a resolution entitled,
