At a regular nocting of the Board of Coram:isalonors hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
at Two O'Clock PX -o idarch 26th 1926, 1Sayor Lackey prosidod and upon the call of
the roll the following answerod to their namea: Comminaioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
nelson, Rutter and mayor Lackey. (5).

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the amount of :,1950.00 be

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the following claims of the
Illinois Central Railroad Company be allowed for freight charges on crushed stone
and chargeable to the

and that the Commisnionor of Public Finance be authorized to pay and charge same

Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Commissioner of Public

Commissioner Hnnnin offered motion that the proposition of 11.9. Grinuor
Painting for painting all exterior metal and woodwork on the City Ball and other work incident to
City- Ball
Building, said job, be received, and filed and that the said proposltion of the Bald 11.8. Grimmer
to "Paint all the woodwork, metal work and stone work taro coats of lead and oil; all
brick work two coats of flat brick red, roof and valleys one coat- oxide iron zu:d 011.
Do all .cleaning, Glazing, etc, to make a first class job of work for the stmt of :,960.00"
