(5). Minutes of the previous meeting wore adopted an read. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the amount of :,1950.00 be Interest on a11o::od for six months interest, which will be duo April 1., 1920, on the Ped+,cah, Tennessee & A1abema 7 Bonds. - Tennessee and Alabama Railroad bonds; ;;65,000.00 outstanding at 64, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay name whop due. Adoptod on the call of the roll: Yeas; Comissionors'Bradshaw, Hannin, iv`olson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the amount of 11;367.50 be Arcadia Graded allowed for six months interest; also the bank's collection ohargos, which will School Bonds Interest be duo April 1, 1920, on the Arcadia Graded School Bonds of 1926 iss,:o, ;`p14,000.00, payable at the First tlational Bank, Paducah, for transfer to the Chemical National Bank, New York; and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same when due; same charged to proper account. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the following claims of the Illinois Central Railroad Company be allowed for freight charges on crushed stone and chargeable to the Claims of the Illinois Central Department of Public-:;orks, Street Dopt. ;,79.05 R.Ra Co. Departmont of Public Property, Oak Grove 42.14 and that the Commisnionor of Public Finance be authorized to pay and charge same to the proper departments. Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Commissioner of Public '::orks be instructed to order five cars of•euushod stone to be used on the streets Crushod rock for Oak Grove Oocatery. of Oak Grnve Cemetery, as directed by the Commissioner of Public Property and that name be charged to oemotery account. Grinuor Painting for painting all exterior metal and woodwork on the City Ball and other work incident to City- Ball Building, said job, be received, and filed and that the said proposltion of the Bald 11.8. Grimmer to "Paint all the woodwork, metal work and stone work taro coats of lead and oil; all brick work two coats of flat brick red, roof and valleys one coat- oxide iron zu:d 011. Do all .cleaning, Glazing, etc, to make a first class job of work for the stmt of :,960.00" -be accepted. Said work to be done under the supervision of the Commissioner of Public Property and to be done at once and tho cost.thercof to br, charged to Oity Hall account.
