Proceedings of .. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS City of Paducah,KEWUCKY,__SEI'T7VBER 27,1929
At a call. meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10 o'clock a.m.,
on the 27th day of September, 1929, Nayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of making
final settlerrent with Southern Roads Company on N. 13th Street Contract No.5,
and such other business as may come before the Board.
Com^issioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the report

Cniro-Rd, on the Southern Roads Company's Contract No.5 be accepted, and that the CoTrinissioner

Final set- of Public Finance be authorized to make final settlement upon sale of the Improvement
ticment
Bonds to be issued thereon on the ten year payment plan.
And that the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be auti,orized to
have printed, executed and sold such Improvement Ponds to the amount of x14009.51
in accordance with the provisions of Section 31.01 of the Kentucky Statutes governing
same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bnnnin, Ilelscn, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
