At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Pa�tucah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock p.m., on the 4th day of September, 1929, 7tayor Lackey prooided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hnnnin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Meyer Lackey Stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowin semi-monthly payrolls and such other business as ma come before the

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Monthly Estirvito for work
fCarey -Reed Company done during the month of August,1029, on Contract No.l for street paving constructed

Estimate by Carey -Reed Company, contractors, be received and filed, and that the
Co^missioncr of Public Finance be instructed to issue Improvement +arrant therefor
in the sum of $10,296.98. Adopted on call of tae roll: Yeas; Commiseionora
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Commissioner Ru -ter offered motion that the payrolls for the last half'
Payrolls -last helf of August, 1929 be alloered in the amount of $14,830.55, and the Commissioner of

Public Finance authorized to pay sane. Adopted, on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
