Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as rend. Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion thnt the Power of Attorney fbom Southern Rds.Co., Southern Roads Company to R.:3.Thomas, bearing date of August 28, 1929, and to R.11.Thom.ns- Power of Attorney authorizing him to sign Maintenance Bond on Contract No.5 (1928 Street Paving Contract) be received, filed and recorded. Ohio St., 25th to Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: F..L.Beyer 26th St.,gravel st.,having executed construction bond for the construction of grnvel street, and etc „ P.L.Beyer Cont. & bond filed. t concrete curbs, gutters and driveways on Ohio Street from the vrest curb line of 25th Street to the east curb line of 26th Street, and having executed Contract No.2 covering said work, which bond has been approved by the Mayor and signed by E.L,beyer as principal and the Didelity & Deposit Company of Maryland as suret'•, and the contract approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract and bond be received and filed, and that the certified bid check of E.L.Beyer be delivered to him by the Commissioner of Public Finance.
