At an adjourned meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Cormissioncra Chamber in the City Hall Building, in the City of Paduoah, at 10:00
A.M., March 13th, 1928, Mayor Lackey presided, and upon the call of the roll the
following nnswered to their names: Commissioners IIannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey. (4).
On motion mooting adjourned until 10:00 O'Clock Clednoaday morning,
14roh 14th, 19'8.

following answered to their names; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson and

Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the Taylor Real Estate
Taylor Peal Est. Company be permitted to open sidewalk on 4th Street botweon Broadway and Kentucky
Co.permitted to
open sidewnl.k on Avenue, for a distance of approximately sixteen (161) feet, same to be replaced
