At a regular meeting of the Board of Uommissioners held In the
Co=dBsicnera' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m., on the 12th: day of August, 3929, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners'Bradsha^:, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous m..etinga were adopted as read.
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: I move that the deed
Augusta B.Rogers to
Geo.Rupertus-deed
of conveyance from Augusta B. Rogers to George Ruportus to the following
to lot in O.Grove
ratified
described lots of land lying and being in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of
Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, to -wit:
1st. Lot: Being the North one-half of the
Northeast quarter of Lot No.61 in Block No.4
2nd.Lot: All of grantor's undivided one-half
interest in and to the South half of the North-
east quarter of Lot No.61 in Block No.4,
subject.to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the conditions
of said deed, be noxi ratified and approved by the Board of Commissioners.
