Minutes of the previous meeting -'ere adopted as read. Comaisrioner Hannin offered the follor•ing. motion: I move that the deed of F.l.Judd conveyance from H.L. Judd to 75re ':illinm A. Acker to the Fast one-half of Lot No.23, :-rs ;m ,�.c;,er Block No.44 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, ce' '.c lot. .. G,G s bject to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the conditions of sruid deed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Coimissioners. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Commissioner Hannin offered motion that tho deed of conveyance from iY.F.Patton `.Patten to L I+.. Good to ".amye Goodman to the follo'•ing described property in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City man -deed to lot in cf Paducah, NeCracken County, Itentucky, to -:'d t: Lot 30 x 30, being part of Lot No.307 Oak Grove in Block No.20, being originally in the name of M. lklarkland, and by judgment of I7cCrncken'Circuit Court ordered transferred to-%F,Patton, June 17th, 1929, said deed recorded on the records at the City Noll in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, subject to the rales and regulations of said ce-etery and subject to the conditions of said d- ed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Commissioners. Comeissioner Rutter offered motion th^t the Cash Orders in the amount of $141.74 be allowed, end the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on the General Fund; same to be ch -reed to the proper departments.
