Acker to the Fast one-half of Lot No.23, :-rs ;m ,�.c;,er Block No.44 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, ce' '.c lot. .. G,G s bject to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the conditions of sruid deed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Coimissioners.
