ORDINANCE NO. 2002-6-6535
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ELECTRONIC INTERIORS, INC., FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE COMMISSION CHAMBER RENVOATIONS
and
WHEREAS, the City intends to renovate the Commission Chambers in City Hall;
WHEREAS, the City has a need for technology and electrical engineering design
services necessary for this renovation of the Commission Chambers; and
WHEREAS, Electronic Interiors, Inc., has in its employ persons experienced in
this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Electronics Interiors, Inc., in the amount of $9,500.00 for professional services
for the technology and electrical engineering design of the Commission Chambers in City Hall.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Cable Authority equipment
- electronic account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
