At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Bul.lding in the City of Paduenh, Kentucky at
2 o'clock p.m., on the 20th dny of 77ny, 1929, Mnyor Lackey presided and upon call of the
roll -the following ans:eered to their names: Commissioners Brndsha-, Us-.nin, Nelson,
Rutter and Lnyor Lackey, (S).
I7lnutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Rennin offered the following motion- bars. R.B.",bite
Vra R.:.:;hitehaving applied for deed to lot for 2 graves on Stewart Street, Section No.13, Oak
deed to lot Kentucky, I now move that deed be issued
in Onk Grove Grove Cemetery in Paducah, McCracken County,
to the snid §1rs. R.S.t'lhite to lot for said 2 grnves on Stewart Street, Section 13 in
Oar Grove Cemetery upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of
$25.00. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yens: Commissioners Bradshnw, Hannin,
'elson, Rutter and Vnyor Lackey, (5).

Improvement Warrant therefor In the Bion of $114.08. Adopted on the call of the roll:

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of April,
