City of Paducah FEBRUAgy 27th, 1.928 At a regular meoting er the Board of Coamissioners held in the Commission- er's Chamber in the City Hall Building, at 2:00 P.M., February 27th, 1928, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Mayor Lackey prosided and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their nuues: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nolson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5)/ Lanutes of the provious meeting wore adopted as read. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the account of Sears -Roebuck & Sears- Co. for certain electrical appliances amounting to $19.52 be allowed and the Commias- Roebuck' Co.acct inner of Public Finance be SnstructAd and authorized to issue chock to cover same and allowed that same be charged to the Police Department. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5)/ i Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Bill of Finance be authorized to pay the following bills of coat in the case of Taylor Real cost in case of Estate Company, eto.,vs. City of Paducah, To -wit: To Lars. Frances Allen, cost in Cir Taylor Coni . t. cu Co.vs it Court $55.05; To W.B. O'Connell, Clerk of the Court of Appeals, cost in the City Court of Appeals 663.63 and that said items be charged to the account of costs and suits. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson and Rutter. (4). Mayor Lackey not voting. Commissioner Rutter offered the following: I move that upon the anniver- offinial icersv c^nary of the official bonds of the following officers and employees of the City of Pad ' bonds ucah.that the National Surety Company, as surety therein, be discharged and slid bonds cancelled, to -wit: Bird Lee Peal, W.T. King, E.R. Hill, J.:7. Jackson, John Van Buren Gilbert, Robert F. Fisher, Parker M. Bray, Ernest Lackey, Joe Cook, Charles Block, .Nike Dowell, C.D. Gilliam, E.C. Carter, Herman Ackerman, Henry Singory, A.T. Stephens,. Robert Thornton, Hoyco Hays, Henry Hale, John Dunaway, Kelley Frqnklin and George Clifton Martin; and the Com:aissioner of Public Finance is hereby authorized to in - fora each and all of said employees and officers of the adoption of this motion and request them to furnish other surety on their official. bonds.
