At a call meeting of tho Board of Commissioners held in the
Comrissioners' Chamber in t^e City Ball Building In the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m., on the 3rd d^y of Tiny, 1929, in the absence of
*'ayor Lackey Com?Sssioner JTelson prosided as Nayor pro tem, and upon call
of the roll the following answerod. to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw,
Rannin, Rutter and Yayor pro tem Nelson, (4).
Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allo:cing payroll for last half of April, 1929, and such other buolne•s ,.s
may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last

the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on the
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissionors Bradshaw, Fannin, Rutter and Ynyor pro tem
