"rry Sosmon having tenderer' to tie city her check for $50.00, being fifty per cent of the
t.1:-7�v, value of her lot on Powell Street, in full settlement of her liability to P.L.Beyer,
settlement
Contractor, for the construction cf Powell Street, the amount of said bill being
more than :;230.00, I move that'snid check be accepted in full settlement of the
liability of Lars. '",ry eamon for said improvement on said street, and that the city
assume and pay said tax claim as required by law. Adopted on the call of the
