Commissioner Fannin offered the follmring motion: Mrs. Allie Mrs.Allie Riggs Riggs having anplied for deed to Lot No.38, block No.l. in M-usoleum '.ddition desk to lot in Onk Grove to Oak Grove Cemetery, I now move that deed be issued to the said Mrs. Allis Riggs for said Lot No.38, block No.l, Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, i upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finnnee the sum of $200.00. Commissioner Rutter offere3 motion t'-st the Payor and Commissioncr Citizens Savings of Public Finance be authorizod to renew the note for amount of $1627.70, balance B^nk note renecred due the Citizens Savings Bank maturing April 22, 1929, for the usunl period of six months, and thnt the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay the amount or interest due, $98',83. Commi.ssi6ner Rutter offered motion that the claim of Ernest Ernest Englert claim Fnglert, duly approved for payment by the Commissioner of Public Property, for amount of $37.07 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to osy same and charge to Onk Grove Cemetery Fund.
