At A regular meeting of the Board of Commiaaioners held in the Com.:l>eloners I Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 otclock p.m., on the 25th day of T'erch, 1929, "nyor Lsckey nresided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradsha.r, Hnnnin, Nelson, Futter and 1,Sayor Lackey, (5). Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read: Co:mnissioner Hannin offered the follo*cing motion: Susie B. Poston Susie E. Poston- having applied for deed to Lot x{53, Block ,#5, Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of lot in 0. Greve Paducah, Kentucky, I now move that deed be issued to tr,.e said Susie B. Postoh tp Lot ;,53, Block #5 in Onk Grove Cemetery, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $90.00. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hennin, Nelson, Futter and T'nyor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Rnnnin offered motion t1st the deed of conveyance from Mrs. .rino to :ie -ens-'? George Marino, (nee Klipoert) to '"ill ism 11. Simmons to South 8 feet of Lot No.28, lot in 0. Grove Block e7:" in Onk Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, being the same property which was conveyed to Nick Klinpert by the City of Pad'acah, January 2, 1896, by deed recorded in the Cemetery Register in the office of the Clerk of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, subject to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the conditions of said deed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Corsnissioners.
