At a cnll. meeting of the Board of CoTmissioners held in the
Co"IssionersI Chs -bar in the City 11911 Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 10 o'clock a.m., on the 14th day of ilarch, 1929, Payer Leckey
presided and upon cn11 of the roll ti,e following nnowared to their names:
Ccmmissioners Bradshaw, Rnnnin, Nolnon, Puttor and Vayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of receiving and accepting Rouse Contracting Company's Contract #5 and #6,
and such other bisiness as may come before the Board.

Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: I move that
Progress Esti-ate
Progress Estimate No.5 on Sewer Zone 4A as to work done and materials furnished
#5 -Merkle Cont.Co.-
Sewer 'Lone 4A
during the month of February 1n the construction of acid sewers in an id zone
by Merkle Contracting Company, be received and filed and that a copy of same
be furnished to ".erkle Contracting Company. Adopted on the call of the roll:
Yeas; Co- ission,rs Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Msyor Lackey, (5).
Com-dssion�r Rutter offered motion that the report on the Rouse
Contracting Company's Contract No.5 be accepted and that the Commissioner of
Atkins Ave sidewalks,
driveways, etc
Public Finance be nuth rized to make fin^l settle^ent upon sale of the
Cont f,,*5 accepted
Improvement Bonds to be issued tb-reon on the ten year payment plan.
And tl^nt the Mmyor nn -1 Commissioner of Public Finance be
authorized to have printed, 'executed and sold, such Improvement Bonds to the
Amount of $1036.50 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of the
Kentucky Statutes governing same. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move. t1int•

and that the Commissioner of Public Financo be authorized to make final
settlement upon sale of the Improvement Bonds to be issued thereon on the
ten year pnyment plan.

be silthorized to hove printed, executed and sold such Improvement Benda
to the amount oA $679.78 in acoordnnca -ith the provisions of Section 3101
of the r,�ntucl;y statutes governing same. Adopted on the cn'l of t e roll: Yens;
