R-17 Oi CO`P°I:`ICPIFS City of Paducah ' 11VICKY, FEBPTJAPY. _21, 1929 - At a call meeting of the Board of Commiscioncrs held in the Commissioners' Chanber in the City (Tall BuildiTIG in the City of Pudueah., Kentucky at two o'clock P.M., on the Slst dny of February, 1929 Mayor Lackey presided and unon call of the roll the fo'loning answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and P"nyor Lackey, (4). . M97or Lackey stated reason for crll, to -wit: For the purpose of passing final estimate for Fraser & Cocke Contract No.2 and Duke "7illisms Contract No.4, and such other business as may come before the Board. Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the Fraser & report on the Fraser & Cocko Contract No.2., be accepted, and that the Commissioner Cocks final of Public Finance be authorized to make final settlement upon sale of the Improvement settlerent Cont.;l2 Bonds to be issued thereon on the ton your payment plan: And that the Yayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, executed and sold, such Improvement Bonds to the amount of $1896.55 in accordance -ith the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes, governing same. Adoptee on the call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Futter and idayor Lackey, (4). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report on the Duke Duke ",'illinms Contract No.4, be accepted ane that the payment of $89.51 to the 'Vali 1a ms ' Cont.J4 Contractor from the reported collections be approved, and the Commissioner of Public Piral settlement Finance be authorized to make final settlement upon sale of the Improvement Bonds to be issued therFon on the ten year payment plant And that the Mayor and Commission -r of Public Finance be authorized to have printed, executed and sold such Improvement Bonds to the amount of $$354.35 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of tre Kentucky Statutes governing some.
