Minutes of'the previous meetings were adopted as read. Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the contract and bond of H.B. R. B. Grirner for the painting of the City Market House be received and filed. Adopted Griz-.er on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Unyor Lackey, Cont.& Bond (4). - Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the payrolls for the first hnlf Payrolls of February, 1929 be allowed in the amount of $9420:79 and the Commission rr of Public for first Finance authorize•' to pay same.
