at two o'clock p.m.; on the 18th day of February, 1929 Mayor Lackey presided and upon

Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the contract and bond of H.B.
R. B. Grirner for the painting of the City Market House be received and filed. Adopted

Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the payrolls for the first hnlf
Payrolls of February, 1929 be allowed in the amount of $9420:79 and the Commission rr of Public
