Commissioner Bradeha,­ offered the following motion: Luke ':'alliama having executed construction bond for the construction of gravel street on °outh 11th -,treat, from the l?orth curb line of Jackson Street to the North property line :.11th St. of ,Adams Street, and ha vin executed Contract Ko.4 covering said work, which bond grnvel contract has been approved by the laayor and signed by Duke Williams as principal and the reed & filed Nationnl Surety Company of Nov., York as surety, and the contract approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract and bond be received and filed and thnt the certified bid check of Duke Clilliams be delivered to him by the Co;i=issionc.•r, of Public Finance. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Fnnnin, Nelson, Rutter Mad A;nyor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: J.M.Rouse Contracting Comnsny having executed construction bond for the constmucticn of side - 2nd St.' walk, driveways, curb and gutter on 22nd Street, from Kentucky Avenue to ,°lashington a dewa'k, C & G Cont. Street and having executed Contract No.6 covering said work which bond has been rc".rd & , g g , filed approved by the ^ayor and signed by J.!.:,Rouse Contracting Company on principal and the Maryland Casualty Company of Baltimore, Maryland as smrety, and the contract approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract aad bond be received and filed and that the certified bid check of J.',i.Rouse Contracting Company be delivered to it by the Co'r:icsicner of Fubliq Finance. ,Adopted on the an 1 of the roll.
