At a Cnll Vesting of the board of Commissioners hold in the, Com:nission-
or's Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah. Kentucky at ten
o'clock A.M., on the 23rd day of 'November, 1928, "ayor Lnckey presided and

Hannin, 'Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call to -brit: For the purpose of
making settlement with Yancy Brothers for the construction of sidewalk, curb
snA gutter on 2lashington Street from 19th to 21st Street, under Contract Ho.2,
and such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the
report on the Yancy Brothers Contrsct tlo.2 be accepted, and, thnt the Commissioner
of !'ublic Finance be authorized to make final settlement u^on sple of the

Yancy Sros contract Improvement Bonds to be issued thereon on the ten year payment plan.

to have printed, executed and sold such Improvement bonds to the amount of
x,2352.76 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky
