Pnyor Lackey stated reason for toll to -crit: For the purpose of
opening bids for the grading and graveling of South 11th Street from Jackson Street
to Adams Street, and such other business as may come pefore the Board,
Commissioner Bradshaw offered the follo:ring motion: I move that the
S•llth St follo::•ing bids for the construction of gravel street on South 11th Street, from the
J9c1r.to North curb line of Jackson Strect to the North property line of Adams Streeb, be
