At a Call Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucicy at 2 o'clock
P.ib., on the 7th day of November, 1928, Mayor Lnekoy presided and upon call of the
roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradaha:r, Hnnnln, Nelson,
Rutter and YRyor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allowing
Improvement Warrants to Yancy Brothers on Contract No.l for gravel street, and such
other business as may come 'before the Board.
Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: I move that the monthly
:cnthly estimate for cork done during the month of October, 1928 on Contract No.l for
Estimate
on Cont. gravel street constructed by Yancy Brothers be received and filed, and that the

Bros.for Commissioner of Public Finance be instructed to Issue Improvement '::arrant therefor

in the sum of $723..12. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
