At a Call Meeting of the Board of Cormissionere held in the Com-
missioners' Chamber in the City H,,1.1 Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 10 o'clock A.M., on the 3rd day of Novo:rrber, 19280 Ms yor Lackey presided, and
upon call of the roll_ the folloring onsvrered to their names: Commissioners
Bradshan, Nelson, Rutter and I.ayor Lackey.
MRyor Lackey stated reason for call, to-viit: For the purpose of
alloviing the payrolls for the last one-half of October, 1928, and such other
business as may coax: before the Board.
Comni3sioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last
one-half of October, 1928 be allo:ved in the amount of $130886. 43 and the
Payrolls Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to oay same. Adopted on the call
list ha1S
October of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Nelson, Rutter and C..ayor Lackey, (4).
