At a Call Meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners
Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Hcntuck`Y at ten otclock
on the 29tb day of October, 6926, :'ayor Lackey presided and upon call of
the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshnri, Nannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Ltayor Lackey., (5)'.
S".ayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -sit: For the purpose of
opening bids for graveling N. 13th Street and curb and gutter on Atkins Avenue,,:tc.,
and such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: I move that the
following bids for the construction pf drivewoya, curb and gutter on both sides of
Bids opened for
13th Street, from the west line of Atkins Avenue to the present city limit
drivea'ays,gurb and
property
gutter on 13th St.,
and sidi•rralk,curb and
line, under Contract No.4, and for the construction of sidewalk, dribaaays, curb
West aide
gutter on Avenue
of Atkins Avenue
and gutter on the '::est side of Atkins Avenue, from the South curb line of 13th
Street to the north curb line of 14th Street, under Contract No.50 be received
and filed, and that the certified checks accompaning same be delivered to the
Commissioner of Public Finance to be held subject to tile further orders of the
Board of Commissioners:

Adopted on the dallrof the roll,: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Nannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: I move that the
following bids for the construction of gravel street on 13th Street, from the

filed, and that the certified checks accompaning same be delivered to the
Commissioner of Public Finance to be hold subject to the further orders of the

And I further move that said Board of Cornicsioners now adjourn until
the BnZllnr Meeting of said Board of Commissionors at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
