At s Call Meeting of the Board of Commiscioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah„
Kentucky at ten o'clock A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 1928,in the
absence of Mayor Lackey Commissioner Nelson presided as mayor pro tam, and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (4).
Mayor pro tem Nelson stateOreason for call to -wit: For the purpose of
opening bids on gravel street Contract No.2 and curb and gutter Cont;raet No.3,
and such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Bradshaw o9fered the following motion: I move that the
Sias opened for
following. bids for the construction of gravel streets on 7th Street, from
gravel on 7th &
Caldwell Sts.
Caldwell Street to Husbands Street, and on Caldwell Street from 7th to 8th
Street, be recelted and filed and that the certified checks accompaning same
be delivered to the Commissioner.of Public Finance to be held subject to the
further orders of the Board of Commissioners:

Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and
Mayor pro tem Nelson, (4). _
Co mnissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the following bids for the
Bids opened for
construction of driveways, curb and gutter on 7th Street, from Caldwell Street
griverays, curb
and gutter on
to husbands Street, and on Caldwell Street from 7th Street to 8th Street, be
7th & Caldwell Sts
received and filed and that the certified checks accompaning same be delivered
to the Commissioner of Public Finance to be held subject to the further orders
of the Board of Commissioners:

George P1. Katterjobn & Son
And I further move that said Board of Commissioners now adjourn until the
Regular ;loeting of said Board of Cormissioners at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
