At a Call Meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.W., on the 19th day of October, 1928, Wayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hsnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Iiayor Lackey, (4). Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allowing payroll for the first one-half of October, and such other business as may come before the board. Commissioner Rutter offered the following *otion: I move that the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to renew the note for amount of $1627.70, balance due the Citizens Savings Bank, Note at Citizens maturing October 22nd, 1928 for the usual period of six months, sadd that the Savings Bonk renewed. Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay the amount of interest due $48.83. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the first half Payrolls of October, 1928, in the amount of $9857.92 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public first half October Finance be authorized to pay same. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Com- missioners Hannin, liaison, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Commisgioner Rutter offered motion that the report on the Southern Roads Southern Company Contract No. -3 be accepted, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance Roads Co. be authorized to pay amount of balance of collections on hand, 09322.38.to the report on Cont.#3 contractor and to make final settlement upon sale of the Improvement Bonds to be issued All of said icte tcing in vruaoieum Additicn. And that the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to _ have printed, executed and sold such Improvement Bonds -to the amount of $14,632.92, in accordance v:ith the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes governing same. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and T!ayor Lackey, (4).
