and upon call of tlie roll the following, answered to their namos: Co -n saioners
Bradsha , Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and ::nyar Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the •urpocc of
allowing the payrolls for the first half of September, and such other b,riness
as piny come before the Loard.
Comcissionor Putter ofrerod the following :rotlon: I move that the
payrolls-lat.hnlf payrolls for the first half of September, 1928, in the amount of 19755.60, be

allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay sumo.
Adopte,� on the call of the roll: Yeds; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, ]lrlaon,
]Rutter and L.o or Lnckey,(5). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the following claims,
