ORDINANCE NO. 2002-6-6534
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH GRESHAM, SMITH AND PARTNERS FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE COMMISSION CHAMBER RENVOATIONS
and
WHEREAS, the City intends to renovate the Commission Chambers in City Hall;
WHEREAS, the City has a need for schematic design services necessary for this
renovation of the Commission Chambers; and
WHEREAS, Gresham, Smith and Partners has in its employ persons experienced
in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Gresham, Smith and Partners in the amount of $9,200.00 for professional
services for the schematic design of the Commission Chambers in City Hall.
