Chamber in the Cdty Rall C-ullding in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 orclock

the roll the following answered to their nrmec: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson,
Futter And Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated ronson for call to -wit: For the purpose of
receiving bids and awarding contracts for the construction of sidewalks, ;riverm yc,
curbs, gutters and grnvel street on :7ashineton Street, between 19th and 21st
Streets, and such oth r business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Nelson offered the following motion: The Board of
Washington St.,19thCommissioner; having received And opened bids on this date for the construction
to 21et.aide:•of aidewniks drivdwaya curb and gutter on Washington Street between 19th and

bids, together •.vith the certified checks bubmitted therewith, be received and
filed and that said certified checks be delivered to the Commissioner of Public
Finance to be held by him subject to' the further orders of the �_oard of Commissionolr
and the following bids having been received for tre construction of said gravel
street, to -wit: Yancy Brothers, E.L.Beyer and ,Duke;(')illiams, togct•or with the
bid checks duly certified as required, I noir move that the snid bids and bid
checks be received and that the bid checks be delivered to the Commicsionor. of
Public Finance to be held subject to the further orders of the Doard of
