Commissioner Nelson offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE DECL',RING NORTH SIXTH STREET, FROM THE NORTlt SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET TO THE SOUT?? SIDE OF TRIif9LE STREET TO BE A BOULEVARD AND REGULATING THE SAME AND PRESCRIBING T TIE PL!IAL121PS FOR VIOLF.TION TVERFOF."
