At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
at 2 o1clock V.M., on the 3rd day of August, 1928; in the abseheo of tdayor Lackey,
Commissioner Nelson, Mayor pro tem, presided and upon call of the roll the follmving
answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tom
Nelson, (4)'.
Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing the payrolls for the last one-half of July, 1928, and such other
business as may come before the Board:
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the
