Proceedings of BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS City of Paducah KENTUCKY, JULY 27, 1928
At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
dhnmber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M:,
on the 27th day of July, 1928, Mayor Lackey presided and u, an call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Bannin, Nelson, Rutter^,
and Mayor Lackey, (5)
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to—wit: For the purpose or receiving
and filing certain propositions of the Kentucky Utilities Company, and such other
business as may come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the proposition of the Kentucky Utilities
i 21= Company to install new rates for electric lights, power and gas service in Paducah

be received and filed: Adopted on the call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5)'.
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the corporation rate sheet of the Kentucky
Utilities Compahy be received and filed. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yens;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Rannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
