City of Paducah,KY•, JAN -16,1928 f i F { Adopte (.,<. , /%��= I:I2U Appvovc/'a ,- �.ti At a Regular goating of the Board of Collmissioners held in the Ccmmissioncrsf chamber in the City Nall Building, in tho City of Paducah, Kentucky at two o'clock P.M., on January 16th, 1928, Mayor Lackey presided, and upon the call of the roll the following Coimaisalonera answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Ralson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. The Minutes of the -previous meeting were adopted, as read. Conm:issioner Rannin offered motion to refect to the Commisaioner of Petition for Public ;;orkstpetition for wator mains on 11th Street from Burnett to Terrell. ns Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Coimnissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Bradshaw offored motion that the City Solicitor be instructed to execute contract -between the City and the Fiscal Court in Contract for McCracken County, by which the block map of the now territory added to the block map City may be prepared in duplicate; the County to have one copy and the City to have a Copy, and the County pay half of the cost -and the city to pay the other half. Adopted on•the call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Nelson, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the bill of Walter Pell, for Claim of Walter Pell for $217.00 for painting on the third floor of the Cit Hall be allowed. Adopted � p g y � p painting 3rd floor City Hall on the call of the roll: Yeas; Cotmnissioners Bradshaw, Hamlin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). c Commissioner Belson offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Estimates an property for Safety be authorized to enter into negotiations for the purpose of ascertaining Fire stations 2,3 & 5 what price or prices call to obtained for Fire Stations No.2,3 & 5, and also for • thb purpose of getting estimates of price on suitabla prop:rtios on which to replace said Fire Stations curd obtain options where possible. All of same to be reported to the Board of Commissioners for appropriate action thereon.
