Raton, City Solicitor, on the compromise proposition in the case of Bessie '..'cClure
compromise
vs. City of Paducah,,be received and filed, and that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to issue check to C.C.Grassham, attorney for Bessie McClure,
for ^400.00 in settlement and compromise of the judgment referred to in said
report, and that same be charged to the account 6f costs and suits. Adopted on
the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, ITar,nin, lielson, Rutter and

Mrs Blanche Acres having.been assessed for taxes on ten feet of gonund under tax bill I1o.9, 1927,
refund

on which she is so assessed in not her property, and she already having pnid said
