Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, President Colo called
the meetin,- to order.
Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Cole, Alliston,
Asheraft, Brooks, Cochran, Davis and Yopp. (7).
On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
