At a joint m- --ting of the General Council, hold on the Third Floor of the City Hall, Paducah, Ky., June the 16th, 1924, President Kennedy called the meeting to order. Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Kennedy, Alliston, Ashcraft, Brooks, Cochran, Cole, Rieke, Yopp, Watts, Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacaba, Korth, ISason, Korrison, Owen, Rigglesberger, Spicer and Stewart (LO). This meeting, was held for the purpose of receiving the resignation of A. 4. A.':.Leir1. Lei hy, as Chief of Police, and electing a Chief of Police. The minutes of the minutes of the previous Joint Moeting were adopted as read. Liembor Codbran offered motion that the resignation of A. 17. neigh be Reninnation aceept'od and that he be released on his bond after his books have been audited.
