The City's part to be charged to Street Fund. Adopted on the call of the roll: yeas; (7). I Member Bell offered motion to concur in the action of the Board of A.Y. Martin. Councilmen in referring to the City Solicitor, the matter of tax bill #2215 against A.Y. martin for taxes on property on 12th bet;;oen Burnett and Flournoy Streets, being paid by Mary Albrittontnd James Lesuer who own same, an recommended by the City Assessor. At a joint meeting of the General Council held on the third floor of the City Hall in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, December 19th, 1927, President Hannin presided, and upon the call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Hendrick, Bioko, Tyree, Brummett, Budde, Crider, Duvall, East, Jacobs, Kerth, Bayer and Stowart.
