31 and 50, in the opinion of the Committee investigating same, and Lot 51, in
the opinion of such committee, will boar the assessment; and,
'.HTIMAS, an agrcemont has been reached between the property owners
and said committee that the City will pay one-half of the cost of such constr-
uction as against Lots 30, 31 and 50, and that the property owners will pay the
balance of said'cost and all of the costs as against Lot 51. The City's part to
be charged to Street Fund. Adopted on the call of the roll: yeas; (7).

Member Bell offered motion to concur in the action of the Board of
A.Y. Martin.
Councilmen in referring to the City Solicitor, the matter of tax bill #2215 against
A.Y. martin for taxes on property on 12th bet;;oen Burnett and Flournoy Streets,
being paid by Mary Albrittontnd James Lesuer who own same, an recommended by the
City Assessor. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeaa; (7).

Joint Meeting.
At a joint meeting of the General Council held on the third floor of
the City Hall in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, December 19th, 1927, President
Hannin presided, and upon the call of the roll, the following answered to their
names: Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Hendrick, Bioko, Tyree, Brummett, Budde,
Crider, Duvall, East, Jacobs, Kerth, Bayer and Stowart. (16).
Minuten of joint meeting February 7th 1927, were adopted as rend.
Member Rieke offered motion to go into an election of the Equaliz-
Isqualization Board.
