DECEEBER_19th 1927 Water mains Member Bell offered motion to adopt a resolution directing the Paducah water; on Little Ave., from Company to extend its crater mains, with all necessary connections, on Little Avenue from Paxton to Old City Paxton to the old City Limits. Clayton and Levi Brien No.524—. --___ .._ City of Paducah DEU BER 19th 1927 31 and 50, in the opinion of the Committee investigating same, and Lot 51, in the opinion of such committee, will boar the assessment; and, V.HEREAS, an agreement has been reached between the property owners and said committee that the City will pay one-half of the cost of such constr- uction as against Lots 30, 31 and 50, and that the property owners will pay the balance of said'eost and all of the costs as against Lot 51. (16). Minutes of joint meeting February 7th 1927, were adopted as read. Member Rieke offered motion to go into an election of the Equaliz- ation Board. adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Hendrick, Rieke, Brummett, Budde, East.& Jacobs, ('10); Nays; Tyree, Crider, Duvall, Korth, Slayer and Stewart. (6). Member Rieke nominated Henry Katterjohn, T.H. Clayton and Levi. Brien, Member Bell offered motion that nominations be closed, adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; (16). Upon the call of the roll Katterjohn, Clayton,and Brien received votes as follows: Yeas; Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Hendrick, Rieke, Brummett, Budde, East, Jacobs, N kmayer. (11).
