At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall in the City of Paducah,Kentucky, December 5th, 1927, President Hannin presid- eded, and upon the call ,of .the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Hendrick, Rieke,and'Tyree. (7). Liinutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Member Rieke offered motion that the payralb and claims approved by the.Joint' Payrolls & Claims. Finance Committee be allowed and the Clerk authorized to issue proper warrant on the Treasurer, charging the respective departments as shown therein. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; (7). Same offered motion that the claim of the Fire Department for supplies fur - Fire Dept. Claim. nished the Police Department during the past eleven months, amount of $591.41 be allow ed and the Clerk authorized to issue proper warrant on the Treasurer. The Treasurer to make the proper adjustment by crediting the Fire Department and charging the Police Department. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; (7). Same offered motion that the report of the Treasurer for Bonds and interest Bonds & Interest., coupons paid in the amount of $900.85 be allowed from the Special Street Improvement _ Fund. Same offered motion that the Treasurer's report of collections of $556.11 on roller Plumbing Sewer Bills in Zones #2 and -#4 and the payment of same to the Koller Plumbing Company Co. be recommended and the amount allowed from the proper fund. Ryan Construction Company's Contract #7 for hard surfacing 6th Street from Tennessee to Bridge Street. Also allowance for the - payment of $34,855.57 for retiring the Improvement warrants and interest and that the Clerk be authorized to issue proper warrant on the Treasurer'for same.
